We are looking for an outgoing, positive, customer service oriented individual to join our team.
We are a growing, vibrant orthodontic practice and believe in creating a warm, welcoming environment.
We have a fantastic office culture and a great team! Practice hours are Monday-Thursday, 7:
00am - 5:
15pm.
Duties will include but not limited to:
discussing financial arrangements with patients/parents, verifying and explaining insurance benefits, manage patient accounts, post payments, follow-up on past due patient and insurance accounts, answering phones and scheduling appointments.
