Hillcrest Health Services is looking for motivated and compassionate nurses to join our dynamic team at Hillcrest Country Estates the Cottages! The Cottages are the first and only freestanding nursing households in Nebraska located on an astounding 44-acre continuing care retirement community.

What does a day in the life look like? Responsible for knowing the skin care policy and ensuring preventative measures are used to maintain the skin integrity of all elders.
o Implements quality nursing and clinical measures to maintain/increase elders' physical/mental wellbeing.
o Monitors guests for changes in condition and coordinates care with physicians.
o Reviews care plan of each resident, making changes as the resident's condition or plan of care changes and completes an admission care plan in a timely manner.
Completes prescribed treatments and ensures medication is administered timely, in private, and per facility procedure.
What should I have to be considered for this position? o Must be licensed as an RN or LPN and able to work in the state of Nebraska.
o One year of experience in a post-acute, long term care, hospital, or similar setting preferred.
Graduate from an accredited nursing program required.
