What does a day in the life look like? Assist with personal care needs like dressing, bathing, or helping with adaptive equipment (hearing aids or glasses).
Support resident care through distribution of medications or monitoring of out of range vital signs.
What do I need to be a PCA/CMA? One year experience preferred caring for aging adults.
A dedication to helping others.
Ability to show compassion to others.
