Are you detail-orientated? Are you good at building relationships with Customers and Associates? H+H Jeep Dodge RAM is looking to add an individual to our Sales Admin Team.
In this role you will be responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all paperwork prepared in the Sales and Finance Departments.
Establish and maintain a friendly, professional relationship with Customers and Associates.
Be a resource for uncovering ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department and the dealership, as a whole.
Ensure compliance with all manufacturer auditing requirements.
Verify that all approved dealer notifications are accurate, and make corrections when necessary.
Check all paperwork relating to car deals verifying correct title, lien information, taxes, etc.
Pay:

00/ hourly Qualifications - What You Need to be Successful:

The ability to effectively communicate with staff, members of financial institutions, and Customers, both in person and over the phone.
Perform bending, pushing, climbing, leaning, twisting, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and other maneuvers associated with the position.
