- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual - Provide accurate information to callers and visitors regarding office services and procedures - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members - Perform data entry tasks, including updating patient records and maintaining inventory lists - Transcribe and type documents as needed - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing packages for shipment - Utilize phone systems to transfer calls or take messages when necessary - Collect copays and previous client balances - Mail out monthly invoice statements Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Experience in office management or similar administrative roles preferred - Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus - Proficient in data entry, transcribing, and typing accurately and efficiently - Familiarity with phone systems and the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously - Calendar management skills to schedule appointments and coordinate meetings - Front desk experience, providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations at our office.
