What do we need? The Entry Ride Operator is the conductor and entertainer for our members while making sure all vehicles are being processed safely and efficiently into the car wash tunnel.
The Entry Ride Operator interacts with all customers and is responsible for exterior site cleanliness and creating a memorable experience in all interactions while preparing the vehicles prior to entering the car wash tunnel.
A successful candidate would love working outdoors in all conditions and will be excited to roll up their sleeves to get the job done! You must be highly motivated, have an outgoing, and a friendly personality.
We will provide extensive hands-on and online training for all team members.
General Requirements:
Authorized to work in the U.
S.
and able to pass a background check 40 Hour Work Week (Including Evenings and Weekends) Basic Computer Skills Highly developed communication skills - bilingual a plus! Carwash experience to understand industry-specific challenges and opportunities preferred 8th Grade Proficiency or Above Valid Driver's License Required Physical Requirements:
Able to lift at least 50lbs.
Ability to be on your feet for at least 8 hours at a time.
Mobility to work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
Capable of working in both extreme weather elements - hot and cold Responsibilities Speak/Sing into microphone or headset Entertain customers and members Points to directional signs while watching the customer to ensure directions are followed Maintain a safe and clean work area; keep alert for potential hazards Mechanical aptitude or knowledge a plus Other duties as assigned Core Values HOSPITALITY:
