Summary:

This position is responsible for leading a team of associates in the creation of marketing strategies in website search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click programs, email demand generation, and social media marketing.

Essential Job Functions:

Build and manage online marketing, SEO, and social networking campaigns.
Work with marketing team members and business leaders to develop search engine optimization strategies including targeted page and content development, site-hierarchy, link architecture, and link building.
Manage development, production, and follow-up cycles for Internet marketing.
Interview, hire, and counsel direct report employees. Allocate activities to marketing team. Ensure that responsibilities and accountability of all subordinates are defined and understood.
Optimize search engine programs to maximized qualified leads and return on investment.
Analyze conversion points and paths, monitor key website metrics including site traffic and traffic from search engines.
Conduct A/B and multivariate tests to optimize offers and forms.
Develop marketing plan and budget for marketing campaigns.
Assist in the creation of brand building and positive name recognition.
Research and evaluate new Internet and social media opportunities.

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:

Ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels in the Company and with various business and media contacts outside of the Company in an articulate, professional manner.
Ability to articulate creative concepts to business leaders.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.
Extensive knowledge of search engines and social media including SEO, search engine marketing (SEM), and social networking technology.
Proven conceptual and design abilities.
Ability to understand Company strategies and apply those strategies to marketing efforts.
Ability to work non-traditional hours and travel as needed.
Ability to successfully lead a team of associates.

Education, Experience, and Certification:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
3 to 5 years of related experience, including management, is required.
Google AdWords certification is preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
